Beautiful antique diamond gold earrings, small oval earrings with a decorative border and a central engraved star. There is a raised platform surrounded by gold wire. Unusual delicate gold antique stud earrings.
Measurements, markings and gemstones:
One of the earring is hallmarked 9kt gold, Birmingham, and a date letter that is very difficult to read, combined with the style of the hallmarking these have been appraised as being early to mid 20th century.The earrings are small ovals with dimensions of 11.5mm x 9.5mm. The central diamond is an old cut 1.5mm diamond.
They have scroll backs which may have been replaced over time.
Condition:
The earrings are in very good condition. One of them may have been repaired at the back where the post meets the back of the oval
stud.

Pieces come in black velvet gift box, tied with ribbon.I include a short report with each piece.
