A beautiful opal ring with a central white opal with blue and green iridescence. The opal is surrounded by twelve old cut diamonds.
Measurements and markings:
The ring is a size 5.25. It weighs 3.13 grams. The setting and mount measures 11.5 x 9.5.There are no hallmarks on the piece, it is testing as 12kt gold.
Gemstones:
The opal measures 7mm x 5mm: a white opal with a predominance of blue and green iridescence. The 12 diamonds are old cuts with small tables and high crowns, there is a grey tone to some of the diamonds which is common with old cuts. Diameter of diamonds 1.5mm.
Condition:
The piece is in very good condition. The shank may have been replaced.

The piece will be shipped in a velvet ring box, tied with ribbon. I include a short assessment of the pieces.
