An antique rose gold signet ring, a shield shape signet ring with an ornate design meeting the shield. It would be an ideal ring to have personalised with initials on the shield shape.
Measurements and markings:
The width of the shield at the top is 13mm and the height is 14mm. The back is 4mm in width. It is a size R/S size 9.25 in US. The ring is hallmarked for 9kt, 375 gold, and an assay city mark for Chester and the Date letter 1914-15.
Condition:
The ring is in very good condition, particularly given it is over 100 years old.
