Antique fob, a small gold cased fob with a bloodstone terminal on a gold plated chain.

A small victorian gold cased fob with a bloodstone terminal in the shape of a shield. The fob is surrounded with decorative engraving.

Measurements:
The shield shaped bloodstone terminal has the characteristic deep dark green colour with red flecks. It has initials engraved in the bottom, open to many interpretations.
The length is 19mm in length. width of Bloodstone terminal 10mm.
Weight 1.42 grams. It hangs on a very fine gold plated on silver chain

Condition:
The piece shows wear in parts in keeping with being at the very least over 125 years old.
