A beautiful antique garnet and pearl ring, an unusual antique band with the gemstones set in divided sections. The shoulders of the ring feature a floral engraving.
Measurements and marks:
The centre garnet is approximately 3mm and is set in a star, the two 2.25mm garnets: one a vibrant pink in colour, the other a red-pink are set in a triangular design that leads to the band. The four pearls are approximately 1.5mm differing in shades of white, grey-white. Ring size 6, rings can be re-sized.The ring has a width of 5.5mm at the front and 3.5mm at the back. The ring is stamped 9 for 9 carat gold, both the assay city mark and the date letter partially erased. There is a sponsor mark L& L .
Condition:
The ring is in good condition given its age. It has been re-sized as there are hallmarks missing and patches of different golds. The pearls also may have been replaced. Pearls are not ideal to wear domestically as they become damaged or can fall out.

Rings are shipped in velvet gift boxes, tied with ribbon. Included is a short document with each piece.
