Antique Victorian Turquoise Pendant 9kt gold, circa 1860, beautiful antique pendant.

An antique 9ct victorian pendant with a centre feature of turquoise cabochons surrounding this is a spiral of gold and a nibbled edge. The back has a glass covered compartment that may have held an image or keepsake. Pendant has possibly been repurposed.

Measurements and markings:
The piece has a diameter of 17.5mm, with the jump ring the piece extends to a length of 25mm. Sixteen turquoise cabochons of various green to blue tones are studded as a central motif. Weight 2.4g Unmarked, but tests 9kt gold. Piece is circa 1860, on a 9kt gold contemporary curb chain 18 inches. 

Condition:
Under magnification there is some wear on the back and on the side of the centre bombe. Other than this the piece is in very good condition, all stones intact.
